Un detalle curioso sobre la libertad de expresión -- Serie Tutores Calificados

Desde hace tiempo deseo escribir sobre la paradójica década de los 90’s respecto a las publicaciones impresas en papel. Sí, fue paradójica porque por una parte fue la ‘década de oro’ respecto a tales publicaciones impresas en papel. Y, por otra parte: fue todo. ¿Qué quiere decir esto último?. Significa que desde inicios de la década de los 2’000’s empezó a haber un DECLIVE imparable de tales publicaciones debido a tecnologías que empezaron a llegar:

2.      Hay que pagar la conexión con Telcel respecto a mi conexión a Internet en casa,

3.      Hay que pagar la recarga de la televisión de paga denominada ‘Mi Vetv Chanel Mx’.

En consecuencia: un ADIOS imparable a las citadas publicaciones impresas en papel. Y dicho sea de paso, otra vez se comenta esto:

con las nuevas tecnologías

 ocurre el deterioro Cognitivo de las nuevas generaciones: porque ya No hay lectura.

He allí la paradoja con tal década de los 90’s: es la década de oro de las publicaciones impresas en papel, y al final de tal década: EL ADIOS.

Ahora viene la segunda parte del presente ‘post’

El periodo de gobierno del presidente Ernesto Zedillo en México abarcó del 1 de diciembre de 1994 al 30 de noviembre de 2000. Fue un sexenio clave que marcó el final de 71 años consecutivos de gobiernos del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI).

ESOS MEDIOS FUERON DURANTE TODO EL PERIODO DE GOBIERNO, DEL CITADO GOBIERNO DEL PRESIDENTE ZEDILLO, FUERON DURÍSIMOS EN LA CRITICA CONTRA TAL GOBIERNO, Y ENTONCES EL PRESIDENTE ZEDILLO COMUNICABA UNA Y OTRA VEZ, IMPARABLE, COMUNICABA QUE:

“NO ESTOY DE ACUERDO CON USTEDES, PERO DEFENDERÉ CON TODO, SU DERECHO A LA LIBERTA DE EXPRESIÓN”.

Prosa
