«100 and 5 Stars» Presents The Most Beautiful Woman Of the Web Of Today. 30 – March – 2018.

Virtue must shape itself in deed.
Alfred, Lord Tennyson

Virtue is bold, and goodness never fearful.
Shakespeare

There's a process to becoming a leader and it's up to [prepared] you to not only learn what that process is, but be able to benefit from it. You must study people who have been successful. Whether you call it modeling or using a mentor or simply following people in your profession you admire, the method is the same. You look at people who have been successful leaders and you study them. What do they do? What do they do right? You have to learn from people who are successful. You have to recognize those traits [attributes] that enabled [permitted] them to be successful.
R. Pitino

We build self-esteem in small increments just like athletes build strength [potency]. They don't do it overnight [immediate]. They do it day by day, adding a little more weight [immensity] to the bar, adding a little more distance to the run. Pretty [Reasonably] soon, they are magnificent, powerful, wonderful athletes. The same is true with leadership; it happens the same way. A little bit every day, a little better at communication, a little better at delegation, a little better at servant [domestic] leadership, a little bit better at listening to people. But it's conscious and it is inspiring to be around.
Steve Chandler

Be strong in body, clean in mind, lofty [superior] in ideals.
Dr. James Naismith

Character creates consistency, and if your people know what they can expect from you, they will continue to look to you for leadership.
John Maxwell

[A very beautiful quote, and, in a small number of words. Highlight it.]  - Character makes trust possible, and trust is the foundation of leadership.
John Maxwell

I have three precious things which I hold fast [firm] and prize [stellar]. The first is gentleness; the second is frugality; the third is humility, which keeps me from putting myself before others. Be gentle [soft] and you can be bold [confident]; be frugal and you can be liberal; avoid putting yourself before others and you can become a leader among men.
Lao-Tzu

One of the greatest success principles of all is called the Law of Accumulation. This law says that everything great and worthwhile in human life is an accumulation of hundreds and sometimes thousands of tiny efforts and sacrifices that nobody ever sees or appreciates.
Brian Tracy

Men make history and not the other way around. In periods where there is no leadership, society stands still. Progress occurs when courageous, skillful leaders seize the opportunity to change things for the better.
Harry S. Truman

There are three essentials to leadership: humility, clarity and courage.
Fuchan Yuan

To have long term success as a coach or in any position of leadership, you have to be obsessed in some way.
Pat Riley

Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant.
Robert Louis Stevenson

[Affirmative, so, the books bring us towards our mind the next message] - It is more important to know where you are going than to get there quickly.
Mabel Newcomber

The most important key to achieving great success is to decide upon your goal and launch, get started, take action, move.
John Wooden

Those that are most slow in making a promise are the most faithful in the performance of it.
Jean-Jacques Rousseau

Unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes...but no plans.
Peter F. Drucker

There is only one boss: the customer.
Sam Walton

Good leaders are readers; that is, they diligently study material unique to their discipline, to keep current with the times and well informed in their area of expertise. Leaders must have a constant appetite for learning more and discovering more.
Unknown author

Good leaders have integrity. Integrity is simply about being real at all times, even when no one is watching. This means strictly adhering to your moral principles at all times. Leaders who say one thing and do another lower trust and destroy the cohesiveness of the team.

We are called to develop our God-given talents to make the most of our lives, and this requires “passion.” Passion is a vital component to ambition. It fuels ambition. It is the love of what leaders do that keeps them motivated. Without passion, leading soon becomes stagnant [inactive] and dull [uninteresting].

La Institución VOA-ERD, al día de hoy – 30 de marzo de 2018 – está ya en el tema número 237. Mismo que se titula: ‘«That», With Will Concerning Appearing and Disappearing’.

- [XHGC] -.
